AR Global Capital VCC (“AR Global”) is an umbrella VCC fund company incorporated in Singapore under the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018 of Singapore (the “VCC Act”). Being an umbrella fund company, AR Global can house independent sub-funds, each of which have legally separated assets and liabilities as required by the VCC Act. The sub-funds each have their own custodians, bank accounts, and administrators, giving confidence to the investors in each sub-fund that their assets are well protected and monitored. 

All the sub-funds under AR Global benefit from the full tax exemption on fund returns given under the relevant schemes and regulations in Singapore. Being under a common umbrella also makes it cost effective for all sub-funds as the common operating costs such as auditor cost are shared among all sub-funds.

The main focus areas of our funds are global fixed income, private credit, and global macro. In addition, we are also open to discuss specific investment needs and goals of investors, and create customized fund solutions designed to achieve their goals.
