ABOUT AR GLOBAL

AR Global Capital (“AR Global”, or the “Company”) was established in 2024 as an umbrella VCC fund company in Singapore. The major focus of funds in AR Global are the areas of fixed income, private credit, and multi-strategy.

AR Global is managed by AM Investment Management Pte. Ltd. which holds a Capital Markets Services License for fund management issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Some AR Global companies provide tools for businesses to enhance customer engagement through
immersive marketing campaigns, training simulations, or interactive product showcases.

Fund Management

AR Global Capital VCC (“AR Global”) is an umbrella VCC fund company incorporated in Singapore under the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018 of Singapore (the “VCC Act”). Being an umbrella fund company, AR Global can house independent sub-funds, each of which have legally separated assets and liabilities as required by the VCC Act. The sub-funds each have their own custodians, bank accounts, and administrators, giving confidence to the investors in each sub-fund that their assets are well protected and monitored.

Discretionary Portfolio Management

We understand that investors may already have their investment portfolios housed with their preferred custodians. Our fund managers would be happy to take on a discretionary mandate to manage the portfolios at the same custodian. In this way, clients can get the benefit of our skills and experience while also not disturbing their current setup.

Investment Advisory Services

Our fund managers have extensive experience in the financial markets. We can share our experience by advising clients on a non-discretionary basis and suggesting suitable investment ideas to meet their investment goals and targets. Clients can also approach us to evaluate investment opportunities available to them outside, and our managers are happy to perform a comprehensive risk-return analysis on these opportunities and share our views about whether these opportunities are suitable for meeting their investment goals.
