Private Credit Fund

We are working to set up the Private Credit Fund. This will offer clients investment opportunities in the private credit space. Private credit is a growing and active asset class that offers an attractive risk-reward profile. As our founder has worked in the credit markets for several decades, he is able to utilize his wide network of relationships to source attractive private credit deals for the benefit of clients. He also applies his expertise in the credit space to select and curate the available private credit investments to offer only the best such opportunities to investors in this fund.

Private credit comes with a longer duration illiquidity profile, so there would be a lock-up period for investors in this new fund. However, we mainly target shorter duration investment opportunities ranging from 1-3 years, so we would be having a correspondingly shorter lockup for investors in this fund as compared to the typical private credit funds.
